We have a beautiful building, and it’s empty most of the week: let’s change that!
We’ve been getting requests (sparingly but consistently) since we announced ANTIA a year ago, to use the space for other activities such as workshops, association gatherings, company drinks and private or business events.
As one of Enschede’s most distinctive event spaces,our flexible layout as well as ANTIA’s extensive audio and light facilities let you shape the atmosphere and allow us to comfortably accommodate both intimate presentations and larger audiences, with on-site technical support and bar service available to keep your event running smoothly from setup to closing.
Between the multitutde of facilities at ANTIA, our dedicated, passionate crew and the broad range of our creative professional network, we are able to facilitate a lot of different ideas and productions. Bring your talk, keynote, or panel discussion to a space that keeps your audience fully engaged. Whether you need a bright, open environment for daytime workshops or a dark, focused atmosphere for presentations, ANTIA is flexible to adjust to your liking.
With high-end audio facilities, lighting, and full AV support on-site, we ensure your message is delivered clearly while maintaining an engaging atmosphere. It is also possible to have the bar open during, as well as after the event for networking and relaxation.
At ANTIA, we love art. The setup of the club lends itself well for expositions and exhibitions, of which we offer two formats;
1) hosting your own event, or
2) sharing your art with our visitors.
ANTIA can be the location of your stand-alone expo or exhibition outside of our event hours: the layout, lighting tech and diversity of spaces allows for the creation of different visitor flows and experiences. You can choose to guide your visitors sequentially through each step of the experience, or create a set up where they can wander freely in any direction: we’re looking forward to see if we can make it work!
Please do keep in mind that we are open on the weekends. This means that the uninterrupted amount of days an exposition or exhibition can stay untouched is limited, unless the art is suitable to keep in place over the weekend or the exhibition can be removed during events.
It is also possible to have your art exposition at ANTIA, with the explicit intent of having it visible during our nightclub events. This however comes with a different set of requirements, as it does have to match not only the vibe of our club but also the intended musical programming. We're always open to collaborate!
Looking to have a drink with the company, that really takes you out of the office?
Hosting your company drink (bedrijfsborrel), department outing or team celebration at ANTIA gives your team an evening that feels like a genuine night out rather than an after-work obligation. We are available for weekday and off-hours bookings, where the venue can be tailored to suit anything from a relaxed Friday afternoon borrel to a full-scale end-of-year celebration. Our flexible layout with multiple areas, lighting & sound setup, DJ gear and on-site bar makes it easy to scale the event to your group size and budget.
We offer different price categories depending on the types of drinks you wish to have available, with the option to buy a set amount in advance or to settle the tab at the end of the event.
Add a DJ, curate a playlist, or let ANTIA's own network of local talent set the tone for the night the space adapts to whatever kind of celebration you're planning.
If you’re looking for something more, it is also possible to combine your business get-together with our workshops, such as th cocktail and DJ workshop (both on CDJ’s and Vinyl!).
Rentals include access to ANTIA's bar service, sound and lighting setup, and on-site staff. Additional options, such as a DJ or curated music, can be arranged depending on the type of event. ANTIA's flexible floor plan allows the venue to be adapted for both smaller department gatherings and larger company-wide celebrations. We are open to facilitating different kind of workshops and jams, in combination with our areas and technical facilities.

Every community needs a space to meet and connect, and as a nightclub born from community, ANTIA understands this at a fundamental level. It’s possible to set up different work and meeting spaces across the club, or to just use the bar area. If you want your organization members to freely get drinks at the bar without coins or payment, we have different arrangements available such as buying a certain amount of drinks up front or through post-calculation.
For study and student associations that are linked to the University of Twente, Saxion and ARTEZ/AKI, we have special arrangements available.
Once a month, we host “TTT” (Tank That Tank) for a selection of study and student associations, where the goal is quite straight forward: finishing the tank! During TTT, our tap beer is available for special prices until the bottom of the tank is reached. If your study association is up for a round of TTT, let us know.
Celebrating a milestone birthday, anniversary, or hosting a private gathering with friends and family? ANTIA opens its doors outside regular club hours for private functions that call for an extraordinary venue.
From an intimate evening in the bar area, to a full private night out in the dancehall with DJ’s, the space scales seamlessly to your group size and budget.
When it comes to the line-up of your private event or birthday: yeah, you can totally get behind the decks. It's your party after all!
