Jezebel is a Filipino, Netherlands-based DJ shaping a sound that moves through the shadowy textures of half-time DnB, deconstructed Jungle and Leftfield Bass. Drawn to the grounding weight of the sub-bass and the tension of syncopated textures, she weaves selections that feel ritualistic, expansive and deeply atmospheric.
Originally from the Philippines, her musical journey began as a soul and blues singer & songwriter, Bella Luna. That foundation continues to shape her approach as a DJ, where feeling and musicality remain at the core. As Jezebel, she lets rhythm lead, following its fractures and repetitions. Her sets echo the tradition of sampling, where fragments of sound are recontextualized into new rhythmic narratives, carrying memory through the language of the soundsystem.
Navigating the liminal space between genres, dancefloors and states of listening, Jezebel steadily continues to grow within the Enschede underground with a nomadic spirit.
