I’m a DJ from the Netherlands, and I’d say my sound is built around hardgroove and ghetto house. I grew up around a lot of latin and African music, and later spent years listening to hip-hop, reggaeton and baile funk. These influences still, and will always, find their way into my sets, alongside stripped-back tracks where rhythm and groove can speak for themselves.
What drew me to electronic music was the community around it, the openness and sense of connection you can find in it. I spend a lot of time digging through music, looking for hidden gems to share with others. Being able to discover music and experience it together with people is a big part of what keeps me coming back to the decks.
